Eleuthera Breezes is a cozy cottage located on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. The cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a large open floor plan and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower and large walk-around porch. The home is built in the community of Rainbow Bay which is 8 miles north of Governor's Harbor International Airport. Flights arrive daily from the U.S. and Nassau.

110 miles long with a population of just 8000, Eleuthera is an island of rolling green hills, sleepy villages, and 60 miles of deserted beaches. To visit Eleuthera is to step back to a time when life was simpler. The island community is a small town where the residents know one another. Young and old hitchhike everywhere, and no one bothers to lock a door. Famed for their friendliness to visitors, Eleutherans will stop to wave at you as you drive through their villages. There are no shopping centers on Eleuthera, no crowds, and no traffic. The guidebooks are fond of noting that Eleuthera has not a single traffic light, but that isn’t surprising when you consider that most of it has only one paved road. The Queen’s Highway, as it’s called, is a two-lane country road on which you can drive for miles without seeing another car. Needless to say, there is little need for a map, and on an island less than a mile wide for long stretches, you’re never far from the beach.
Beyond the beaches, Eleuthera is surrounded by coral reefs that offer exceptional diving and snorkeling. Eleuthera is famous for bonefishing, and deep-sea fishing, reef fishing, and spear-fishing are also popular. The Caribbean side of the island is usually free of heavy surf, providing excellent conditions for sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking. The Atlantic side of the island offers many excellent beaches for surfing, with Surfer’s Beach being just the most famous.

Rates & Availability

House is rented on a weekly basis for $1,000.00 per week. Rate is for up to four guests, there will be a surcharge for additional guests totaling no more then 6 guests. A daily rate of $140.00 will be applied for additional days beyond the one week stay.

A 50% deposit is required to hold reservation, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, than 100% of rental rate is due at the time reservation is made. A damage deposit of $250.00 is required, this is due with the remaining balance for rental fee. This deposit will be returned after inspection of property.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If circumstances require you to cancel your reservations there is no penalty if the cancellation is GREATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR to your reservation. If cancellation is BETWEEN 8 AND 30 DAYS PRIOR to your reservation, 25% of the total amount due is forfeited. If the cancellation is 7 DAYS OR LESS prior to your reservation, the entire amount is forfeited.

Conditions: Eleuthera Breezes has a NO Smoking/Pets policy in the house.

Eleuthera Breezes cottage or it's Owners will not be liable for any guests mishap on or off of the property during the rental stay.
